The asset manager of choice, she has helped develop this package of real estate into a refined "Boutique Portfolio".  Having graduated from the Univeristy of Wilfred Laurier, she brings her work ethics, integrity  and determination to our company.  She oversees  the management of the asset and works with our property consultant to insure our residents enjoy living in our buildings. 

M. Ashby,  Accounting

He overseas and assists our accountant with the approval of purchases and invoices.  He manages accounts and budgets.

W. Johntone, Maintenance

Overseas the maintenace, of our portfolio. When brings over 30 years of experience to our firm.  Having built homes to industrial-commercial buildings.
